We are hiring for the Billing Specialist position at Thermal B Solutions Inc.. This work works with billing documentation and account records to support consistent financial administration.
Billing Specialist | Remote within the United States | Full-time | Associate-level
You will review supporting documents before invoices are finalized and maintain organized billing histories.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Run routine billing summaries and exception reports.
- Assist with month-end billing record reviews and reconciliations.
- Prepare customer invoices using approved rates and documented billing information.
- Investigate duplicate charges, missing credits, and routine account discrepancies.
- Maintain clear account notes and attach relevant billing documents.
- Keep invoice schedules and billing status trackers current.
- Use billing software to retrieve account histories and verify posted transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Understanding of basic invoicing and payment terminology.
- Responsible treatment of confidential account information.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow documented approval and adjustment procedures.
- Experience with billing software is helpful but not essential.
Annual base salary: $65,750–$67,750 USD.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
