What You Will Do
- Organize payable documentation for routine financial reviews.
- Identify aging invoices requiring appropriate follow-up.
- Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements against recorded invoices and payments.
- Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status.
- Assist with month-end close by preparing invoice and balance summaries.
- Review vendor invoices for required information and mathematical accuracy.

- Understanding of basic invoices, credits, and payment terms.
- Organized handling of multiple invoice due dates.
- Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.

Annual base salary: $49,250–$52,250 USD.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
