We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to turn stakeholder feedback into structured business analysis notes. The role emphasizes business requirements, process documentation, and practical workflow improvements. The position focuses on consistent, practical work and clear communication with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare acceptance criteria for routine workflow improvements.
- Assist with test scenarios and confirm whether expected outcomes are met.
- Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive business processes.
- Help prioritize requirements according to stakeholder needs.
- Communicate findings in straightforward language to nontechnical teams.
- Map current workflows and identify clear points of friction.
- Compare current procedures with proposed approaches and record differences.
Qualifications
- Comfort documenting processes using spreadsheets or diagrams.
- Attention to detail when comparing procedures and requirements.
- Respect for sensitive operational information and process details.
- Ability to translate broad requests into specific questions.
- Some project, coursework, or operational experience is helpful.
