We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to turn stakeholder feedback into structured business analysis notes. The role emphasizes business requirements, process documentation, and practical workflow improvements. You will collaborate remotely, document your work, and raise questions when information is unclear.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare acceptance criteria for routine workflow improvements.
- Assist with test scenarios and confirm whether expected outcomes are met.
- Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive business processes.
- Help prioritize requirements according to stakeholder needs.
- Communicate findings in straightforward language to nontechnical teams.
- Map current workflows and identify clear points of friction.
- Compare current procedures with proposed approaches and record differences.
Qualifications
- Some project, coursework, or operational experience is helpful.
- Organized approach to requirements, notes, and version changes.
- Willingness to learn business-analysis methods and tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully to stakeholder needs.
- Familiarity with Excel and collaborative document tools.
