We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to help teams interpret spending, revenue, and performance trends. The role emphasizes financial reporting, budgeting support, and careful variance analysis. Day-to-day tasks call for accuracy, organization, and a willingness to learn established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify missing inputs and raise questions about unusual figures.
- Summarize cost and revenue trends using approved financial data.
- Coordinate reporting inputs and clarify deadlines with stakeholders.
- Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy.
- Present analysis findings in plain language to other team members.
- Compare actual results with budgets and prior-period figures.
- Support regular budgeting and forecast updates using supplied assumptions.
Qualifications
- Comfort using Excel formulas, charts, and basic spreadsheet analysis.
- Willingness to learn budgeting and reporting systems.
- Experience with reconciliations or financial reports is helpful.
- Ability to explain simple financial findings clearly.
- Strong judgment when handling confidential financial information.
