Accounts Payable Specialist | Remote within the United States | Full-time | Associate-level

You will follow established approval controls and keep documentation linked to each transaction.

Responsibilities

  • Update supplier records when verified information changes.
  • Organize payable documentation for routine financial reviews.
  • Protect vendor financial information and follow payment security procedures.
  • Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system.
  • Investigate duplicate invoices and ordinary balance differences.
  • Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status.
  • Flag payment or bank-detail changes that require independent verification.

Qualifications

  • Good numerical accuracy and spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to follow payment authorization procedures.
  • Confidential treatment of financial and banking information.
  • Understanding of basic invoices, credits, and payment terms.
  • Organized handling of multiple invoice due dates.

Annual base salary: $47,750–$50,250 USD.
