Key Responsibilities

- Help prepare acceptance criteria for routine workflow improvements.
- Assist with test scenarios and confirm whether expected outcomes are met.
- Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive business processes.
- Help prioritize requirements according to stakeholder needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on unresolved questions.
- Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort collaborating remotely across different teams.
- Comfort documenting processes using spreadsheets or diagrams.
- Attention to detail when comparing procedures and requirements.
