NCAHF – Neuro Cognitive Aptitude Horizon Fusion is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to support its remote team. The position helps ensure approved bills are entered correctly and scheduled according to established payment terms.

Accounts Payable Specialist | Remote within the United States | Full-time | Associate-level

You will follow established approval controls and keep documentation linked to each transaction.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare scheduled payments following established authorization rules.
• Request missing vendor documentation through approved channels.
• Organize payable documentation for routine financial reviews.
• Identify aging invoices requiring appropriate follow-up.
• Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements against recorded invoices and payments.
• Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status.

Qualifications

• Organized handling of multiple invoice due dates.
• Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.
• Careful verification of supplier records and supporting documents.
• Professional communication with suppliers and colleagues.
• Good numerical accuracy and spreadsheet skills.

Annual base salary: $51,750–$53,750 USD.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
