We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to maintain dependable dashboards and reporting processes. The role emphasizes practical reporting, data accuracy, and decision-support analysis. The team values reliable follow-through, understandable notes, and careful attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explain key observations and limitations in clear, accessible language.
  • Help improve routine reporting templates and data collection processes.
  • Protect sensitive business data under established access procedures.
  • Collect and combine information from approved reports and source systems.
  • Build and update spreadsheet reports and visual summaries.
  • Identify unusual patterns, data gaps, and reporting inconsistencies.
  • Document assumptions and steps so analyses can be reproduced.

Qualifications

  • Comfort interpreting charts, tables, and basic performance metrics.
  • Organized documentation and version-control habits.
  • Introductory SQL knowledge or a willingness to develop it.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet routine reporting deadlines.
  • Respect for confidential information and approved data practices.
