You will follow established approval controls and keep documentation linked to each transaction.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare scheduled payments following established authorization rules.
- Request missing vendor documentation through approved channels.
- Organize payable documentation for routine financial reviews.
- Identify aging invoices requiring appropriate follow-up.
- Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements against recorded invoices and payments.
- Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status.
Qualifications
- Organized handling of multiple invoice due dates.
- Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.
- Careful verification of supplier records and supporting documents.
- Professional communication with suppliers and colleagues.
- Good numerical accuracy and spreadsheet skills.
Annual base salary: $47,500–$50,000 USD.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
