We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to use organized spreadsheets to support finance planning activities. The role emphasizes financial reporting, budgeting support, and careful variance analysis. Success in this position comes from sound judgment, helpful communication, and dependable execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy.
- Present analysis findings in plain language to other team members.
- Compare actual results with budgets and prior-period figures.
- Support regular budgeting and forecast updates using supplied assumptions.
- Help prepare monthly reports with clearly labeled tables and charts.
- Maintain working files and document sources for calculations.
- Assist with preparation of forecast scenarios under team guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong judgment when handling confidential financial information.
- Foundational understanding of budgets, financial statements, and variances.
- Ability to work with established procedures and review notes.
- Ability to ask questions when financial assumptions are unclear.
- Organized approach to deadlines and document management.
Experience from related roles, internships, or individual projects can be useful preparation.
