You will review supporting documents before invoices are finalized and maintain organized billing histories.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Answer customer invoice questions through the designated support channels.
  • Flag overdue balances for the appropriate follow-up process.
  • Assist with month-end billing record reviews and reconciliations.
  • Communicate unresolved invoice items and documented next steps clearly.
  • Investigate duplicate charges, missing credits, and routine account discrepancies.
  • Record billing adjustments after obtaining the necessary authorization.
  • Keep invoice schedules and billing status trackers current.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with billing software is helpful but not essential.
  • Clear customer communication regarding routine billing issues.
  • Good organization when managing multiple customer accounts.
  • Comfort working with invoice figures, account records, and spreadsheets.
  • Understanding of basic invoicing and payment terminology.

Annual base salary: $61,000–$63,000 USD.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
