We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to support improvement projects through research and careful documentation. The role emphasizes business requirements, process documentation, and practical workflow improvements. Day-to-day tasks call for accuracy, organization, and a willingness to learn established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prioritize requirements according to stakeholder needs.
- Communicate findings in straightforward language to nontechnical teams.
- Map current workflows and identify clear points of friction.
- Compare current procedures with proposed approaches and record differences.
- Maintain simple process diagrams, checklists, and change logs.
- Review information from reports and interviews to understand recurring issues.
- Prepare status notes that explain decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
Qualifications
- Comfort documenting processes using spreadsheets or diagrams.
- Attention to detail when comparing procedures and requirements.
- Respect for sensitive operational information and process details.
- Ability to translate broad requests into specific questions.
- Some project, coursework, or operational experience is helpful.
Experience from related roles, internships, or individual projects can be useful preparation.
