We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to maintain dependable dashboards and reporting processes. The role emphasizes practical reporting, data accuracy, and decision-support analysis. Day-to-day tasks call for accuracy, organization, and a willingness to learn established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain key observations and limitations in clear, accessible language.
- Help improve routine reporting templates and data collection processes.
- Protect sensitive business data under established access procedures.
- Collect and combine information from approved reports and source systems.
- Build and update spreadsheet reports and visual summaries.
- Identify unusual patterns, data gaps, and reporting inconsistencies.
- Document assumptions and steps so analyses can be reproduced.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is helpful but not essential.
- Practical experience with Excel or another spreadsheet application.
- Careful, logical approach to investigating inconsistencies.
- Comfort collaborating with teammates in a remote environment.
- Comfort interpreting charts, tables, and basic performance metrics.
Practical skills, reliability, and thoughtful communication are valued throughout the hiring process.
