You will assist with reconciliations and communicate missing details before payment is scheduled.

Core Duties

  • Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system.
  • Reconcile vendor statements against recorded invoices and payments.
  • Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status.
  • Assist with month-end close by preparing invoice and balance summaries.
  • Review vendor invoices for required information and mathematical accuracy.
  • Check payment due dates and maintain an accurate invoice status tracker.
  • Request missing vendor documentation through approved channels.

Required Skills

  • Confidential treatment of financial and banking information.
  • Understanding of basic invoices, credits, and payment terms.
  • Organized handling of multiple invoice due dates.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.
  • Careful verification of supplier records and supporting documents.

Annual base salary: $50,000–$52,000 USD.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
