We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to help monitor whether proposed process changes meet intended needs. The role emphasizes business requirements, process documentation, and practical workflow improvements. You will collaborate remotely, document your work, and raise questions when information is unclear.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare status notes that explain decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
- Document process assumptions, scope, and agreed terminology.
- Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
- Gather and document requirements during structured stakeholder conversations.
- Organize business needs into concise user stories or requirement notes.
- Coordinate clarification of requirements and open questions with stakeholders.
- Help prepare acceptance criteria for routine workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- Ability to translate broad requests into specific questions.
- Some project, coursework, or operational experience is helpful.
- Organized approach to requirements, notes, and version changes.
- Willingness to learn business-analysis methods and tools.
