We are hiring for the Billing Specialist position at Cold Guardian Logistics. This work processes recurring billing tasks while keeping customer account information complete and reliable.

You will review supporting documents before invoices are finalized and maintain organized billing histories.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Route unusual disputes for review instead of making unauthorized adjustments.
- Prepare customer invoices using approved rates and documented billing information.
- Reconcile billed amounts with approved transactions and supporting records.
- Maintain clear account notes and attach relevant billing documents.
- Check that required customer details and payment terms appear on invoices.
- Use billing software to retrieve account histories and verify posted transactions.
- Enter incoming payments and update customer balances accurately.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with billing software is helpful but not essential.
- Clear customer communication regarding routine billing issues.
- Good organization when managing multiple customer accounts.
- Comfort working with invoice figures, account records, and spreadsheets.
- Understanding of basic invoicing and payment terminology.
Annual base salary: $57,250–$60,250 USD.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
