At Coffee Vibes LLP, we are seeking a Billing Specialist. This position supports accurate customer invoicing and timely resolution of routine billing questions.

Billing Specialist | Remote within the United States | Full-time | Associate-level

You will use billing tools and spreadsheets to reconcile routine differences and track unresolved items.

What You Will Do

  • Investigate duplicate charges, missing credits, and routine account discrepancies.
  • Record billing adjustments after obtaining the necessary authorization.
  • Keep invoice schedules and billing status trackers current.
  • Route unusual disputes for review instead of making unauthorized adjustments.
  • Check invoice line items against service records or purchase documentation.
  • Reconcile billed amounts with approved transactions and supporting records.
  • Flag overdue balances for the appropriate follow-up process.

What You Bring

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow documented approval and adjustment procedures.
  • Experience with billing software is helpful but not essential.
  • Clear customer communication regarding routine billing issues.
  • Good organization when managing multiple customer accounts.

Annual base salary: $59,750–$61,750 USD.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location.
