At CARACOL RADIO GIRARDOT, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. This position assists with accounts payable workflows, invoice checks, and routine supplier inquiries.

The position relies on careful matching of supplier invoices with purchase records and account entries.

What You Will Do

• Protect vendor financial information and follow payment security procedures.
• Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system.
• Investigate duplicate invoices and ordinary balance differences.
• Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status.
• Flag payment or bank-detail changes that require independent verification.
• Review vendor invoices for required information and mathematical accuracy.
• Help prepare scheduled payments following established authorization rules.

Annual base salary: $50,750–$53,750 USD.
