We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to assist finance teammates with routine analysis and reconciliations. The role emphasizes financial reporting, budgeting support, and careful variance analysis. Day-to-day tasks call for accuracy, organization, and a willingness to learn established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy.
- Present analysis findings in plain language to other team members.
- Compare actual results with budgets and prior-period figures.
- Support regular budgeting and forecast updates using supplied assumptions.
- Help prepare monthly reports with clearly labeled tables and charts.
- Maintain working files and document sources for calculations.
- Assist with preparation of forecast scenarios under team guidance.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of budgets, financial statements, and variances.
- Ability to work with established procedures and review notes.
- Ability to ask questions when financial assumptions are unclear.
- Organized approach to deadlines and document management.
- Comfort working remotely with finance and operations colleagues.
Experience from related roles, internships, or individual projects can be useful preparation.
